I’m not sure I will be able to find a suitable rebounder for this program. Is there anything that you suggest?

The only equipment you need for our classes is a rebounder.

On our membership page, you’ll find our two trampoline + fitness membership bundles. Those are great options!

If you prefer, you can also purchase equipment on your own and then sign up for our classes separately. Feel free to contact us if you wish for any recommendations or discount codes.

I’m looking to lose weight quickly. How long will it take me until I start seeing results?

Just like any other type of fitness, results take time and commitment. The goal of our program is to help you fall in love with fitness and achieve your objectives while enjoying every step of your journey.

My balance isn’t that great. Do you have rebounding classes for beginners?

You are not alone. This is a common concern. We have classes of different intensity for beginners and for the more experienced. If you’re having trouble navigating this website or would like suggestions as to what class is best for you, simply contact us so that we can discuss what you’re hoping to achieve and point you in the right direction.
