IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT FOR THE TRAMPOLINES?

Our weight limit is based on what the bungees can hold and that is about 200 pounds.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE?

Just remember that at first it might be tough but it will get easier over time. Come prepared with a positive attitude, some comfortable workout attire, a water bottle and a sweat towel if needed. Jumping must be done with indoor running shoes! You should also arrive to your first session about 10-15 minutes early so that you have enough time to sign your waiver. A parent/guardian must sign your waiver for you if you are under the age of 18.

HOW DO I PAY?

Bounce N' Burn requires all participants to register online prior to their jump date. This is to ensure that we have enough trampolines for each participant. Having said this, payments are to be made online. Individual classes are $15.00 each and you will be asked to pay by debit or credit during the online registration process. We also offer class packages, giving participants the opportunity to save money by buying 5, 10 or 15 classes all at once. We are looking forward to seeing you Bounce N' Burn with us!

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Once you've registered for a class, we do not allow you to cancel your registration, meaning that all purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please ensure that you are able to make it before you register for the class!

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO PARTICIPATE?

All regular Bounce N' Burn sessions listed under the "registration" tab are suited for any individual over the age of 12 however, if you are under the age of 18, a parent/guardian must sign your waiver for you before your first jump.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE VIRTUAL CLASSES?

Our virtual classes are run through the instagram platform. This program includes LIVE trampoline fitness classes Monday through Friday that save for 24 hours so that they are easily accessible at any time of the day for those who can't join at the time of the live workout. On-demand rebounding circuits as well as tips, tricks, ideas and motivation will be available on the weekend days of which we are not live.


All you will need to do is create a free instagram account and instructions with how to access our classes will be sent to you in the email following your registration of the virtual program.

The instagram platform is very efficient and our live classes are very easy to access at the time of the live workout or when catching the replay.
