IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT FOR THE TRAMPOLINES?
Our weight limit is based on what the bungees can hold and that is about 200 pounds.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY PROGRAM?
Just remember that at first it might be tough but it will get easier over time. Come prepared for each session with a positive attitude, some comfortable workout attire, a water bottle and a sweat towel if needed. Jumping must be done with indoor running shoes!
Make sure that before your first session, you have submitted your waiver. A parent/guardian must sign your waiver for you if you are under the age of 18.
HOW DO I PAY?
Bounce N' Burn requires all participants to register online using debit or credit. If you prefer to pay using e-transfer, send us an email or direct message on social media to arrange this with your instructor.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Once you've registered for a program, we do not allow you to cancel your registration. In other words, all purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO PARTICIPATE?
All regular Bounce N' Burn sessions/programs are suited for any individual over the age of 12. However, if you are under the age of 18, a parent/guardian must sign your waiver for you before your first session.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE VIRTUAL CLASSES?
Our virtual classes are run through the instagram platform. All you will need to do is create a free instagram account and instructions with how to access our classes will be sent to you in the email following your registration of the virtual program.
Sometimes our program includes LIVE fitness classes and if this is the case, they save for 24 hours so that they are easily accessible at any time of the day for those who can't join at the time of the LIVE workout. On-demand rebounding circuits as well as tips, tricks, ideas and motivation will be available on our Bounce N' Burn Virtual Page throughout the duration of the program in which you've registered for.
The instagram platform is very efficient and our live classes are very easy to access at the time of the live workout or when catching the replay.
